Exchanges and Returns are FREE for non-final sale merchandise. We want to ensure that your purchasing experience is fun, easy, and risk-free.
SALE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
If you would like to exchange for a different size, color or style, please complete a free return request by following the returns process below, and place a new order for the item that you would like to try next. This will ensure that your item is in stock and will ship as quickly as possible without waiting for a return/exchange to be processed.
Returns are free. We will be happy to replace the item and ship it back to you at no cost or refund the price of purchase. Just submit a return request and we'll send you an email with the return shipping label.
If it simply didn't work out, we'll gladly accept returns on merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Clearance/final-sale items cannot be returned.
Side note: we suggest shoes be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only. As long as shoes and tabs are sent back in their original condition and packaging, you will be refunded the purchase price of the unworn item(s) on your original payment method used.
